What is the best piece of advice of that your parent or guardian has given you? Tell what the advice was and what prompted you to ask the question.

 The best peice of advice that my dad gave me is that you shouldn't live life to work for somebody. You should find a passion and become the best you can be at something and make your own thing of it. I wasn't prompted to ask anything I just got random advice from my dad.


Today we found metaphors inside a poem and related rhetoric to it as well


I found out how a writer could relate inanimate objects to real things in life

 What I enjoyed most about this class was the lectures. I loved how Mr. Rease would take different aspects of the internet and real life to make the lecutre engaging and had different people pitching in on the lecture which had everything you would want in a diverse classroom. The project I found most engaging was the poem poster and I connected the most with the discussion aspect of this course even though I didn't pitch in that much that was the part I felt most connected with. One area where I felt like I needed to improve was staying up to date on my blog posts and studying a little bit more for my tests. I would like to thank you Mr. Rease for a great first semester.
