When you are in a mood that you do not like, what are some strategies that you use to change your mood?

 When I'm in a mood that I don't like I watch YouTube or listen to music/ sleep to chill out and get my mind off things. These help me calm down and distract myself and don't forget about what happened for a moment or two.
