Of today’s 15 vocabulary words, which three do you think you will use the most in your speaking and writing this semester? Explain why each word feels useful or powerful to you.

 I think I will be using the words, aesthetic, ambiguous, and animosity the most during this semester. These words feel powerful to me because they were already in my vocabulary and now that I have a very clear understanding on how to use them.


We worked on some vocabulary words and learned about essay writing.


I learned how to write an essay.

 What I enjoyed most about this class was the lectures. I loved how Mr. Rease would take different aspects of the internet and real life to make the lecutre engaging and had different people pitching in on the lecture which had everything you would want in a diverse classroom. The project I found most engaging was the poem poster and I connected the most with the discussion aspect of this course even though I didn't pitch in that much that was the part I felt most connected with. One area where I felt like I needed to improve was staying up to date on my blog posts and studying a little bit more for my tests. I would like to thank you Mr. Rease for a great first semester.
