Write about a time you felt connected to nature

Prompt response: One time I felt connected to nature was my cub scouts camping trip to the blue ridge mountains. This was the trip that was supposed to turn you from a cub scout to a boy scout. I ended up quitting it for football but that's a story for another day. This trip I had to wake up at 6am drive with a random cub mate and make my tent and everything when I got up there. I didn't have a phone back them so it was really peaceful and nice to hang out with my friend while being in the fall cold. We even went on a hike to a peak too and it just kept getting colder. I miss it

We looked at the intro of native american literature and we reviewed vocabulary words.

I learned what kinship meant.

As the first semester comes to an end, take time to reflect on your learning and growth in this course. In a well-developed response, explain what you enjoyed most about the class, identify the project or assignment you found most engaging, and discuss which aspect of the course you connected with the most (such as poetry, fiction, writing, or discussion). Finally, reflect on one area where you feel you need additional support or improvement as we move into the spring semester.
